Lunch - Leftover Lentil Stuffed Zucchini Boats
PM Snack - Fresh Fruit or anything leftover coconut milk yogurt
Dinner - Jet's Pizza (Thin Crust with Veggies)

Sunday is a free day to use any leftovers or to celebrate due to special family gatherings or any fun occasion.  Have a HAPPY and HEALTHY week.
