AM Snack - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs with 12 raw nuts and or an apple
Lunch - Leftovers or a big green salad
PM Snack -Organic Greek Yogurt with Berries  
Dinner - Grilled Chicken Breast with Loaded "Faux-Tato" Skins - Low Carb CB pg 75

Tuesday 9/5/17

Breakfast - Spinach Quiche - Crust less Quiche with Spinach and Swiss Cheese - Low Carb CB pg 63
AM Snack - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs with 12 raw nuts and or an apple
Lunch - Going out for lunch with a friend
PM Snack - Organic Greek Yogurt with Berries

Saturday 9/9/17

Dinner - Use up any leftovers from the week
