Weekly Food Menu - Week of June 19th, 2017   

Monday 6/19/17

Breakfast - 1 cup fresh fruit with 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut milk Yogurt Alternative and 4 drops of Vanilla Stevia along side with a cup of coffee and 2 tbsp Organic French Vanilla Half and Half
AM Snack - Vega Pre-mixed Vanilla Shake (on-the-go)
Lunch - Leftover Sauteed Red Peppers and Onions with 1/2 cup Organic Annie's Mac and Cheese
PM Snack - Grapes
Dinner - Penne Con Salsicce - WW Cookbook

Tuesday 6/20/17

Breakfast - along side with a cup of coffee and 2 tbsp Organic French Vanilla Half and Half
AM Snack - Vega Protein Shake mixed with iced black coffee
Lunch - Leftover Penne Con Salsicce
PM Snack -  1 cup fresh fruit with 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut milk Yogurt Alternative and 4 drops of Vanilla Stevia
