Whole30 Week 3 Meal Plan


Week 3.14.18 to 3.20.18

Wednesday 3/14

Meal 1 - Leftover sautéed Peppers and Onions with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage 

Meal 2 - Leftover sautéed Peppers and Onions with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage 

Meal 3 - Baked Spaghetti Squash with my new Paleo Slow Cooker Turkey Meat Sauce

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter 



Thursday 3/15

Meal 1 - Roasted Sweet Potato and Brussels Sprouts with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage topped with 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado  

Meal 2 - Baked Spaghetti Squash with my new Paleo Slow Cooker Turkey Meat Sauce 

Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken (plain) with Roasted Asparagus and Carrots with sautéed mushrooms and spinach with mashed up sweet potato and 1/2 avocado.

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter



Friday 3/16

Meal 1 - Roasted Sweet Potato and Brussels Sprouts with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage topped with 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado

Meal 2 - Grilled Chicken (plain) with Roasted Asparagus and Carrots with sautéed mushrooms and spinach with mashed up sweet potato and 1/2 avocado.

Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken Mixed Green Salad with vegetables and balsamic dressing 

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter 



Saturday 3/17

Meal 1 - Roasted Sweet Potato and Brussels Sprouts with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage topped with 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado

Meal 2 - Leftovers 

Meal 3 - Bean-Less Chili - pages 177 Everyday Paleo Cookbook 

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter



Sunday 3/18

Meal 1 - Spring Scramble with 1/2 avocado and fruit - page 213 Everyday Paleo Cookbook 

Meal 2 - Leftover Bean-Less Chili 

Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken Burgers with roasted cauliflower and green beans

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter 



Monday 3/19

Meal 1 - Spring Scramble with 1/2 avocado and fruit - page 213 Everyday Paleo Cookbook 

Meal 2 -  Leftover Bean-Less Chili 

Meal 3 - Pear and Ground Turkey Stuffed Winter Squash - page 114 Everyday Paleo CB 

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter



Tuesday 3/20

Meal 1 -  Spring Scramble with 1/2 avocado and fruit - page 213 Everyday Paleo Cookbook 

Meal 2 -  Leftover Pear and Ground Turkey Stuffed Winter Squash

Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken with mixed green salad. 

Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter



 A few of the recipes are from a cookbook I found at my local library called Everyday Paleo Cookbook.
