Today begins round 6 for me on Whole30 and I’m excited to detox from sugar and get my nutritional needs back on track. I’m excited to eat some of our favorites and try some new recipes. Everything is prepared and ready to just throw together so it should be a nice and easy week. Now I just need to step up on my water intake and workouts to get me moving. I will post my daily meals in our Facebook group and then do a weekly log on my blog to those who are interested. Hope everyone has a happy and healthy week!
