Weekly Food Menu 1.13.20 to 1.19.20 (Paleo/Whole30)

Monday:
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with fruit
Meal 2: Leftovers or Curry Chicken Salad
Meal 3: Sweet and Savory Baked Chicken Thighs with BBQ Ranch Sweet Potato Salad
Snack: Coconut Milk Yogurt with fruit 

Tuesday:
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with fruit
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Curry Chicken Salad
Meal 3: Creamy Potato Soup (no bacon and vegetarian)
Snack: Banana Nut Coffee Cake

Wednesday:
Meal 1:  Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with fruit
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Curry Chicken Salad
Meal 3: Cauliflower Risotto with Mushrooms and Sweet and Savory Baked Chicken Thighs
Snack: Leftover Banana Nut Coffee Cake

Thursday:
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with fruit
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Curry Chicken Salad 
Meal 3: Paleo Chinese Chicken Salad
Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cassava Flour

Friday:
Meal 1: Leftover dinner or breakfast from the week
Meal 2: Leftover dinner
Meal 3: Zuppa Toscana Soup
Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cassava Flour

Saturday:
Meal 1: Maple Pecan Banana Breakfast Bake
Meal 2: Leftovers from the week
Meal 3: Instant Pot Butter Chicken with Cauliflower Rice
Snacks: Apple with Almond Butter or Banana Nut Coffee Cake or Chocolate Cookies

Sunday:
Meal 1: Maple Pecan Banana Breakfast Bake
Meal 2: Leftovers from the week
Meal 3: Creamy Tuscan Chicken with veggies or cauliflower rice
Snacks: Whatever we have in the pantry or any other snacks from the week

This weeks recipes are from one of my favorite websites Paleo Running Momma, she has so many tasty recipes and I was missing some of them that I decided to make this weeks menu using hers.  Some I have had and some are new, I also tried to find receipts that I could make Vegetarian for my older daughter and that way I’m not having to make so many meals.  So I found side dishes and then adding chicken to the side to make them a complete meal for the rest of us.  Hope everyone has a happy and healthy week!!!
