Monday 3/20/17

Saturday 3/25/17

AM Snack - 1 Hard Boiled Egg with Apple and Almond Butter
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a Spinach Strawberry and Walnut Salad
PM Snack - 1 to 2 Hard Boiled Egg, 1 cup fresh fruit and raw nuts (almonds or walnuts)
Dinner - Chicken with Roasted Tomatoes and Red Onions  - http://www.skinnytaste.com/chicken-with-roasted-tomato-and-red/ served with a side vegetable salad and homemade dressing.

Sunday is a free day to use any leftovers or to celebrate due to special family gatherings or any fun occasion.  Have a HAPPY and HEALTHY week.

  1. Where is the recipe for the Grilled Chicken with oven roasted Cauliflower...Pls and thanks

  2. I don't have an actual recipe for the chicken and cauliflower. My husband just usually throws the chicken on the grill and seasons it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. For the roasted cauliflower I first cut it up and wash it and then take a few tbsp of coconut oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 400 for about 15 to 20 mins depending on how crisp you like them. If you don't like coconut oil you can use olive oil instead.
