Spring Break week is over which means so is the relaxation, looking forward to getting back to a normal schedule including meal prepping and healthy cooking this week. I definitely ate too many carbs this week and need to scale back this coming week plus need to get moving more to burn some calories so I will be looking for new workouts and getting out to walk or jog as well. Excited for some new recipes this week along with old favorites that I have made before.
