I can't even believe that we are in October already, this year is flying by fast for us. I absolutely love this weather, waking up to cooler mornings and seeing all the fall colors around everyone's houses is wonderful. It's still warm during the day's so I'm not ready to make too many fall dishes yet until it gets a little colder out. This week's meal plan is all Paleo recipes thanks to Paleo Running Momma website, I will be making a bunch of white and brown rice and Rolled Oats Protein Balls for my daughters who need the extra carbs due to their sports schedules which I have included those recipes under the Snacks and Sweet Treats.
