Tuesday: 10/4/22
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner   
Meal 3: Easy Pumpkin Chili

Wednesday: 10/5/22
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: No cooking - Leftovers from Monday and Tuesday  

Thursday: 10/6/22
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: Garlic Butter Chicken and Potato Skillet 

Friday: 10/7/22
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: One Skillet Sausage with Veggies and "Rice"

Saturday: 10/8/22
Meal 1: Loaded Paleo Breakfast Hash with coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: Green Bean Turkey Bowls

Sunday: 10/9/22
Meal 1: Paleo Buttermilk Pancakes
Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: One Skillet Creamed Spinach Chicken 

Snacks and Sweet Treats:
Unsweetened Herbal Nighttime Tea

I can't even believe that we are in October already, this year is flying by fast for us. I absolutely love this weather, waking up to cooler mornings and seeing all the fall colors around everyone's houses is wonderful. It's still warm during the day's so I'm not ready to make too many fall dishes yet until it gets a little colder out. This week's meal plan is all Paleo recipes thanks to Paleo Running Momma website, I will be making a bunch of white and brown rice and Rolled Oats Protein Balls for my daughters who need the extra carbs due to their sports schedules which I have included those recipes under the Snacks and Sweet Treats.
