We have a pretty full menu this week, lots to prep, cook and enjoy. With the peak of the summer I though it was best to find easy salad recipes and grilled chicken recipes that way I don’t have to use my oven and warm up the house. I also added in some recipes to help with balance for my daughter who is vegetarian but have the flexibility of adding cooked chicken for extra protein for us. Love having lots of great options and healthy food choices. Hope everyone has a wonderful healthy and safe week!!!
