Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: Leftover Rice and Beans, Chicken Fajitas and Taco Skillet 

Tuesday: 7/12/22
Meal 1: Chia PB + Banana Smoothie
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Avocado Stuffed with Chicken Salad 
Meal 3: Kale Apple Salad with Sautéed Chicken Sausage 

Wednesday: 7/13/22
Meal 1: Sweet Almond Smoothie 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Avocado Stuffed with Chicken Salad 
Meal 3: Chicken & Blueberry Salad  

Thursday: 7/14/22
Meal 1: Avocado and White Bean Toast with Coffee 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Avocado Stuffed with Chicken Salad
Meal 3: Grilled Ginger-Lemon Chicken with Baked Potatoes 

Friday: 7/15/22
Meal 1: Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner or Avocado Stuffed with Chicken Salad 
Meal 3: One-Pan Protein Packed Pizza Bake 

Saturday: 7/16/22
Meal 1: Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats  
Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: Ordering out or picking up food to eat at home  

Sunday: 7/17/22
Meal 1: Good Morning Oatmeal Waffles 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner 
Meal 3: Grilled Lime Chicken + Fresh Peach Salsa with Slow Cooker Loaded Potatoes and Corn on the Cob 

Snacks and Sweet Treats:
Apples with Almond Butter

We have a pretty full menu this week, lots to prep, cook and enjoy.  With the peak of the summer I though it was best to find easy salad recipes and grilled chicken recipes that way I don’t have to use my oven and warm up the house.  I also added in some recipes to help with balance for my daughter who is vegetarian but have the flexibility of adding cooked chicken for extra protein for us. Love having lots of great options and healthy food choices.  Hope everyone has a wonderful healthy and safe week!!!
