It’s been a few weeks since I have actually done some meal planning, just a crazy time of year with school coming to an end and summer fast approaching, we are all pretty much ready for it to be done so we can relax and get some sleep. We have some cooler weather coming in as well which helps with meal planning as I have been wanting to use my Instant Pot for quick meals but always too hot in the summer. I decided to use some of my cookbooks this week, Well Fed 2, Paleo in 28 Days, Paleo Cooking with your Instant Pot and Paleo Baking at Home.
