Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter
Thursday 3/15
Meal 1 - Roasted Sweet Potato and Brussels Sprouts with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage topped with 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado
Meal 2 - Baked Spaghetti Squash with my new Paleo Slow Cooker Turkey Meat Sauce
Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken (plain) with Roasted Asparagus and Carrots with sautéed mushrooms and spinach with mashed up sweet potato and 1/2 avocado.
Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter
Friday 3/16
Meal 1 - Roasted Sweet Potato and Brussels Sprouts with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage topped with 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado
Meal 2 - Grilled Chicken (plain) with Roasted Asparagus and Carrots with sautéed mushrooms and spinach with mashed up sweet potato and 1/2 avocado.
Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken Mixed Green Salad with vegetables and balsamic dressing
Snacks - 2 Small oranges with raw almonds or hard boiled eggs with apple and nut butter
Saturday 3/17
Meal 1 - Roasted Sweet Potato and Brussels Sprouts with Organic Apple Chicken Sausage topped with 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado
