AM Snack - Apple with 2 tbsp Nut Butter and Fresh Fruit
Lunch - Leftovers or a spinach salad with strawberries and walnuts

Breakfast - Sautéed Mushrooms, Spinach and Eggs with Fresh Fruit
AM Snack - Raspberry Coconut Smoothie - 1frozen banana, 1 cup frozen Raspberries, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp shredded coconut, 1 tbsp of choice (honey or maple syrup) 1 scoop of Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
Lunch - Leftovers or a mixed green salad with veggies
