It’s been a few weeks since I have completed my weekly food plan now that it’s done and ready to go it does make cooking so much easier for the week. Now i just need to take some time today to meal prep to get myself ready for the rest of the week. I was able to get all my groceries done and prepared all this weeks chicken by portioning it out per recipe including my marinade for one of them. Now I just need to do the veggies and any sauces and then we will be set. I’m looking forward to getting back to normal as my stress levels have been really high and I’m definitely eating stuff I shouldn’t be which is never good. I need to go back to what makes me feel good.
