School is finally done and now we can enjoy our summer! This week I was looking for easy recipes as we have a busy week in the afternoons and evenings, I’m also trying to lower my carbs for the next few weeks to get us ready for my cousin’s wedding coming up but I’m still wanting to do Paleo too. I found some awesome recipes on a website called Paleo Leap who has lots of great Paleo and Keto recipes, I have used this website before and and have really enjoyed a lot of her recipes so I created this weeks meal plan using some new recipes to try out. Excited for a week of catching up on house stuff, cleaning and get back to somewhat of a normal schedule plus lots of healthy cooking to keep us all on a good eating path.
