Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Casserole 

Wednesday: 10/11/23
Meal 1: Broccoli + Sausage Frittata and Coffee with Nutpod
Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: 5-Ingredient Italian Chicken Dinner

Thursday: 10/12/23
Meal 1:Paleo Breakfast Skillet with Coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: Mexican Cauliflower Fried Rice (Using Beyond Meat to make it Vegetarian)

Friday: 10/13/23
Meal 1: Paleo Breakfast Skillet with Coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: Loaded Cauliflower Bake

Saturday: 10/14/23
Meal 1: Paleo Breakfast Skillet with Coffee and Nutpod 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: One Pan Baked Chicken and Broccoli 

Sunday: 9/17/23
Meal 1: Breakfast Hash brown Casserole 
Meal 2: Leftover dinner  
Meal 3: Easy 25-Minute Salt and Pepper Chicken with Cauliflower Rice

Snacks and Sweet Treats:
Unsweetened Herbal Nighttime Tea
Easy Baked Paleo Apple Crisp

I can’t believe we are half way through October this coming week, it’s going by so fast.  I’m definitely enjoying the beautiful fall weather as the heat is slowly going away and the cooler temperatures are arriving.  It’s not quite soup and chili weather yet but it’s coming and I can’t wait for it.  Hope everyone has a wonderful week of meal planning and healthy cooking.
