I can’t believe we are half way through October this coming week, it’s going by so fast. I’m definitely enjoying the beautiful fall weather as the heat is slowly going away and the cooler temperatures are arriving. It’s not quite soup and chili weather yet but it’s coming and I can’t wait for it. Hope everyone has a wonderful week of meal planning and healthy cooking. Enjoy and have fun!
