We have another busy week with lots of things going on after school so I was looking for quick recipes that take no time to prep and cook to make my life easier. I found a bunch of yummy recipes on Real Simple Good’s website, most of this weeks meal plan I have made but it’s been a while so it was time to go back to our favorites. Even though they are Paleo recipes you can earlier add grains like steamed brown rice or quinoa or you can keep it simple and just enjoy it with cauliflower rice. The key this week for me is to make all of our snacks and sweet treats to help with packing lunches and healthy things for us to eat while running from one activity to another. Hope everyone has a very happy and healthy week, the weather outside has been beautiful go out and enjoy it before it gets too hot.
