It has been a very long time since I have created a weekly meal plan and posted on my blog. I miss it so much and need to really focus on getting back to doing this. It's always a much smoother week when I have everything planned out and ready to go especially that I'm not home during the evenings several days a week. I have been cooking our dinner's between 2:30pm and 3pm just so I can take it with me for myself and my daughter at night. Looking forward to another busy week with lots of yummy recipes to keep us healthy. Hope everyone has a wonderful week of meal planning and healthy cooking. Enjoy and have fun!
