It’s been a very hot summer for us, I’m so thankful we are finally in September and fall will soon be here. I have put up all my fans stuff and love seeing all the beautiful fall colors around the house. This is also the time of year for all those pumpkin lovers like myself who loves to cook, bake, drink and make everything with pumpkin. My family rolls their eyes as I pull out the multiple cans of pumpkin each week to make so many different recipes and meals, yes I’m completely obsessed with PUMPKIN SEASON!!! I’m very excited for this weeks meal plan as we are cooling down here in Texas and I will be able to use my oven a little more this week. We are all looking forward to much needed cooler temperatures. Some recipes are new while others are some old favorites we haven’t had in a while, looking forward to just eating healthy and clean this week.
