I’m currently three weeks into my half marathon training and I’m still struggling with my runs and workouts. I have been working on trying to balance my meals out but I’m still tweaking that as I have noticed I’m not as hungry as I should be but I’m also not drinking enough water either which is not good when I’m sweating a lot from my workouts. I decided this week to cut the grains out and see how I feel, I use to recover much better and faster when I was doing 100% Paleo so I want to try that again this week and see how my workouts are. I’m excited for this week and all the yummy recipes I will be cooking, just waiting for the cooler weather to come to enjoy more Crockpot meals.
