Weekly Food Menu 2.20.17 to 2.26.17


Last week I did okay with sticking to my meals, I cooked everything on my menu for dinner however I ate dessert every night which is a no-no.  I need to do a better job this week in letting the desserts go.  I'm hoping to be back on track this week.  Here is my food menu for the upcoming week.  Happy and Healthy Cooking!!!

Weekly Food Menu - Week of Feb 20th, 2017    

Monday 2/20/17
Breakfast - Homemade Chicken Sausage with eggs and sweet potato hash - http://www.paleorunningmomma.com/homemade-chicken-sausage-whole30/
AM Snack - Fresh Fruit with a small handful of almonds or walnuts
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner - Homemade Eggplant Parmesan (My mother-in-laws specialty)

Tuesday 2/21/17

AM Snack - Apple sliced with almond butter, unsweetened coconut and Lily's chocolate chips
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner -  One-Pan Paleo Chicken Apple Sausage & Sweet Potato Skillet - http://www.momendeavors.com/2014/11/one-pan-paleo-chicken-apple-sausage-sweet-potato-skillet.html

Wednesday 2/22/17

Thursday 2/23/17

Sunday is a free day to use any leftovers or to celebrate due to special family gatherings or any fun occasion.  Have a HAPPY and HEALTHY week.
