Weekly Food Menu 2.13.17 to 2.19.17



I was very excited about last weeks meal plan and then life got in the away, over all I did pretty good and stuck to most of my meals per day but I can always do better that's for sure.  This week is another week for healthy eating as I continue to clean up my healthy habits and work towards my goals.  Here is this weeks menu.  Happy and Healthy Cooking!!!

Weekly Food Menu - Week of Feb 13th, 2017   

Monday 2/13/17
Breakfast - Leftover scrambled eggs with 1/2 avocado sliced and coffee
AM Snack - Fresh fruit bowl
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner - One Skillet Chicken with Bacon and Green Beans - http://www.skinnytaste.com/one-skillet-chicken-with-bacon-and-green-beans/

Tuesday 2/14/17
Breakfast -Turkey Egg White Scramble with Tomato and Spinach
AM Snack - Apple sliced with almond butter, unsweetened coconut and Lily's chocolate chips
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner - Crockpot Turkey White Bean Pumpkin Chili - http://www.skinnytaste.com/crockpot-turkey-white-bean-pumpkin/

Wednesday 2/15/17
Breakfast - Turkey Egg White Scramble with Tomato and Spinach
AM Snack - Apple sliced with almond butter, unsweetened coconut and Lily's chocolate chips
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner - Lemon Garlic Chicken http://www.paleorunningmomma.com/lemon-garlic-chicken-paleo-whole30/ with roasted butternut squash and yellow squash.

Thursday 2/16/17
Breakfast - Turkey Egg White Scramble with Tomato and Spinach

Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Apple sliced with almond butter, unsweetened coconut and Lily's chocolate chips

Friday 2/17/17
Breakfast - Turkey Egg White Scramble with Tomato and Spinach

Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner - Baked Spaghetti Squash with Cheese - http://www.skinnytaste.com/baked-spaghetti-squash-and-cheese/ with baked turkey tenderloins

Saturday 2/18/17
Breakfast - Protein Pancakes with eggs and turkey bacon
AM Snack - Apple sliced with almond butter, unsweetened coconut and Lily's chocolate chips
Lunch - Leftovers from the night before or a big salad with lots of veggies with homemade dressing
PM Snack - Protein Smoothie/Shake (using leftover fruit in the freeze)
Dinner - Leaving open for leftovers or going out to dinner with family

Sunday is a free day to use any leftovers or to celebrate due to special family gatherings or any fun occasion.  Have a HAPPY and HEALTHY week.
