I have been doing Paleo now for a month and I absolutely love it. I have been very busy the last few weeks so I haven't had a chance to post my menu's but I'm posting this weeks as I want to change it up a bit for the family. They have done really well supporting me with all my food choices but we all need a change so instead of doing too many Whole30 recipes I'm going to change it back to Paleo recipes from one of my favorite websites.
